Challenges of International Organizations: A view of a former UN official @ Akita International University via Zoom

This lecture argued that the ideals of United Nations can be advanced most effectively when the First UN (member states), the Second UN (secretariat and agencies), and the Third UN (civil society and professional groups) work together. Several examples are given including the case of Syrian conflict.
